Incredible wood fired pizza and a well renovated pub. I’ve eaten at very expensive pizza places and the Waggon and Horses is right up there with the best of these but at incredible prices. It’s 50% off on food ‘til the end of the year, we’ll definitely be going back!
Fantastic food and service. Even better as they had a promo on, 50% off food. We had a family Christmas party downstairs, about 40 of us and we had a great time. This is a hidden gem.
Lived in the area for a few years and it's nice to now have somewhere local to go for a drink and nice food since it's been refurbished! Been here 3 times now and the service has always been brilliant! The staff are so friendly and always welcome us back with a smile. The pizza's are amazing definitely recommend! We have a new baby and the first time we came there was no baby changing facilities - nice to see this has been taken on board and there are now baby changing facilities in the disabled toilet.
Pizza was the best we’ve tried outside of Italy! Friendly welcoming staff, great choice of draught beer and ciders, quick service and beautifully done up! We’ll be back to try other dishes!
This is the first time we visited the Waggon and Horses since it closed previously. It has been re-decorated lovely and the staff are so friendly there. We ordered lasagna's which were 9.99 each and both came with chips. It was a decent portion size and the food was amazing. While we were waiting for our mains, the staff brought round some bread with olive oil and olives which was a nice touch. The other meals we saw looked so good too. We will definitely be coming back again!

The atmosphere is warm and inviting, making it a great spot for a relaxed meal with friends or family. On top of that, they have massive parking available, so there’s no stress about finding a spot A huge bonus! Came down on a Sunday afternoon for a bite to eat. Was pleasantly surprised by all food being half price at the moment! Food came out piping hot and delicious. 10/10 would recommend to everyone. Nice beer garden and children’s play area.
Very well refurbished, great food, friendly and helpful staff. All the meals were well cooked and tasty. Had to take some home as there was so much (pizza box provided,). Good range of drinks, good atmosphere with background music . Clean and tidy. Kids and vegetarian options as well. Had a Steak menu added to standard one. All cooked to perfection. Highly recommend.
